Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Review Coordinator II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Triaging, researching and entering acute inpatient hospital admissions
- Triaging, researching and entering prior authorization requests that require a clinical review
- Researching and providing resolution of provider and member questions and issues
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of healthcare industry experience within a professional customer service or administrative type function
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Advanced data entry skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent computer skills
