A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare SaaS Software Client Success Senior Account Manager in Boston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining trusted professional relationships with enterprise clients
- Leading clients through their customer journey
- Preparing and delivering monthly updates and quarterly business reviews
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Post-COVID vaccine a considerable time in the Boston office will be required
- Availability to travel at least 20% of the time
- 6+ years of client-facing experience within a health plan or early-stage SaaS company
- Demonstrated success working through channels or layers
- Track record of building executive client relationships
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments while being very results driven
