Job Summary
A provider of healthcare customer relationship management software is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare SaaS Technical Account Director in Columbus.
Must be able to:
- Drive product adoption
- Closely manage and nurture accounts
- Lead and manage the renewal process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel up to 50%
- 3+ years of account management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry

- Understanding business value of metrics and using excel to communicate
