Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Scheduling Customer Service Representative in Dallas Fort Worth.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Scheduling of phone and faxing requests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Managing difficult and interdepartmental scheduling with minimal delay
  • Correcting utilization of the scheduling features of Meditech system

Qualifications Include:

  • On-site training for 6 months
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Ability to use a PC
