Job Summary
A healthcare staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Search Services Inside Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Selling physician retained search services within an 8-12 state region
- Manage end-to-end selling
- Targeting prospecting and sales development activity within healthcare organizations
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3 years of client experience
- Ability to meet/exceed individual performance metrics
- Experience and comfort with making cold calls and executing digital outreach strategies
- Experience working in a production/goal/incentive environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
