Job Summary

A video communications company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Senior Managing Commercial Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate complex SaaS contracts
  • Counsel and support leadership teams on healthcare projects in compliance with healthcare laws
  • Provide legal and strategic business advice per HIPAA/HITECH and corporate policies

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 12 + years combined experience in law firm and/or in-house legal department
  • Law Degree from a reputable institution
  • Experience managing legal personnel
  • Specialized training in HIPAA/HITECH regulations and experience supporting audits/assessments
  • Proven track record of identifying, creating, and implementing contract process
