Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Service Delivery Leader .

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the diagnostic imaging and biomedical engineering staff to ensure appropriate service levels are provided to the facility
  • Generating quotes for room moves, accessories, and non-standard repairs to aid our customers in planning for facility and business changes
  • Tracking, monitoring and reporting on service delivery metrics; ensure concise and comprehensive documentation of all services performed, including parts and labor

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading and influencing teams
  • 4+ years of service delivery experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing a P&L
