Job Summary
A company that provides comprehensive solutions for the complete customer contact experience needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Service Delivery Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving clients, vendors, and operational contacts to deliver exceptional service and support for all operations
- Reviewing, managing, and directing analysis of activities, cost, operations, and forecasts
- Selecting, developing, motivating, and deploying staff of highly competent managerial and professional employees
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of Call Center/Contact Center management or service delivery experience
- Ability to work and lead a team with urgency and flexibility to meet quickly changing customer demands
- Experience leading remote teams who are in a work at home environment
- Driver of sustainable, positive change and increased accountability culture
- Effective leadership and analytical skills
- Experience in managing and growing profitable satisfied accounts and/or account management experience
