Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Service Desk Specialist 2.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing first-level response to customers
- Utilizing a broad range of experience and expertise in application, operating system and network troubleshooting
- Providing timely resolution of issues/problems or escalates issue on behalf of customers
Qualifications Include:
- Associate's Required Or equivalent education/experience
- 3-5 years Experience in a service desk environment
- 3-5 years Healthcare information technology industry experience
- 3-5 years Demonstrated experience in supporting applications and/or technology
