A provider of outsourced healthcare services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Services Regional Call Center Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that all client needs are met with a high degree of quality
- Offering recommendations to ensure successful program implementation
- Managing all aspects of ongoing program support
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work related experience
- Five years’ experience supervising within a Call Center operation
- Must possess the ability to train and motivate staff members
- Adept at all applicable computer software, i.e., Microsoft Office
