Job Summary

A provider of outsourced healthcare services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Services Regional Call Center Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring that all client needs are met with a high degree of quality
  • Offering recommendations to ensure successful program implementation
  • Managing all aspects of ongoing program support

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work related experience
  • Five years’ experience supervising within a Call Center operation
  • Must possess the ability to train and motivate staff members
  • Adept at all applicable computer software, i.e., Microsoft Office
