Job Summary

A healthcare software company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Software Sales Enablement Trainer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Developing, evaluating, and continuously improving training materials to keep current with product and release functionality
Acting as a subject matter expert for assigned training programs and services
Facilitating internal sales and marketing enablement programs

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
Foundational knowledge of adult learning theory and application in learning program development
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in delivering sales training programs and instructional design (ID) methodologies required
Demonstrates effective communication and critical thinking skills
