Job Summary
A healthcare software development company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Software Solutions Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participating on customer calls and serving as a subject matter expert for chatbot and dialogs
- Participating in the implementation process for customers
- Maintaining dialog responses through the entire customer lifecycle of designated accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or
- Equivalent work experience
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role using data to derive insights
- Proficient with G-Suite tools such as Docs, Slides, and Sheets
- Ability to participate in the implementation process for customers
- Ability to participate on customer calls and serves as a subject matter expert for chatbot and dialogs
