• Prividng support by email and phone per customer reporting and coaching on financial portions of software
• Utilizing the Salesforce Service Console to log and document customer case
• Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of the knowledge base

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Knowledge of the post-acute healthcare industry is preferred
• Call center experience is preferred
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
