Job Summary
A health services comapny needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Software Support Financial Analyst I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Prividng support by email and phone per customer reporting and coaching on financial portions of software
- Utilizing the Salesforce Service Console to log and document customer case
- Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of the knowledge base
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Knowledge of the post-acute healthcare industry is preferred
- Call center experience is preferred
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
