Job Summary
A healthcare solutions company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Solutions Customer Experience Representative III.
Must be able to:
- Handle escalated calls on behalf of management
- Provide excellent customer service for all inbound and outbound calls
- Accurately document all calls
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years customer service or sales experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
