Job Summary

A publishing company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Solutions Customer Retention Specialist in Austin.

Must be able to:

  • Engage with 50-65 customers per day
  • Drive revenue by meeting daily sales goals
  • Introduce and educate customers on other products

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year performing inside sales work with proven experience in driving company growth
  • Minimum of 1 year providing exceptional customer service and/or retention related tasks
  • Minimum of 1 year working in a completely remote/virtual environment from your home
  • Proficiency with technology to include various CRMs, the complete Google Suite, and Asana
  • Ability to work rotating Saturday shifts and evening shifts as needed
