Job Summary
A revenue cycle management and health information management solutions company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Solutions Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling 100+ calls per day
- Ensuring accurate trip data is logged
- Receiving and documenting customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree
- Excellent customer service, sales, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
