Job Summary
A healthcare solutions provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare Solutions Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Analyze data trends, alert patterns, and other key data metrics
- Maintain a proactive cadence with customers to grow account relationship
- Plan, create and execute custom presentations to customer audiences remotely and in-person
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to present publicly to audiences ranging from executives to end users
- 6+ years of applicable experience
- Clinical experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, clinical, engineering or related field
- Experience with Epic, Cerner, Athena or other EMR implementation, and/or healthcare consulting roles
- Expert user of Word, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
