Job Summary
A holding company for several property and casualty insurance companies is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Specialty Underwriting Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the Underwriter in new business and renewal activities
- Help to support the quoting and issuance cycle
- Update work management system statuses
Qualifications Include:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent
- 1+ year of related insurance experience
- Fundamental underwriting, practices, procedures, workflows, systems & tools
- Comprehensive understanding of systems and workflows
- Robust functional knowledge of product offerings and solid business acumen
