Job Summary
A healthcare staffing company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Staffing Revenue Streams Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build excellent client relationships
- Serve as point-of-contact for client problem resolution
- Serve as project manager
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years demonstrated proficiency managing customer accounts in staffing, MSP, and/or healthcare
- Ability to grow and retain accounts, build relationships with varying levels of leadership
- Knowledge of healthcare, medical terminology and/or healthcare services
- Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and similar tools
