A digital healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Strategy and Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Drive improvements to our clinical capacity model and management
- Develop strategies to help us address seasonality of our demand
- Partner with Finance and Recruiting to build and execute on seamless hiring
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years in consulting, banking or fast growing start-up
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment
- Able to roll up your sleeves and analyze the data and derive action plans from it
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to simultaneously manage multiple initiatives
- Experience delivering on multifaceted projects with many stakeholders
