Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Physician Subject Matter Expert.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding and representing the company's mission
- Engaging clients in appropriate communication
- Interacting with government and private sector clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Current, non-restricted licensure or certification as required for clinical practice
- Five (5) years full-time equivalent experience providing direct clinical care to patients
- Experience providing direct clinical care to patients within the past three (3) years
- M.D., D.O. or D.P.M
- Experience in utilization management, quality management and clinical policy and protocol
- Knowledgeable with ICD-9-CM, CPT-4 and HCPCS coding
