Job Summary

A health care performance improvement company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Support Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring CRM software, Customer Support email, responding promptly to user inquiries
  • Performing first-level core troubleshooting and triage on software problems for internal and external users
  • Monitoring ticket queue volumes and working with team to ensure SLA’s are met

Required Skills:

  • Ability to analyze and triage issues
  • Knowledge of computer and technology products
  • Analytical and organizational skills with very strong attention to detail
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced dynamic environment
