Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Systems Analyst 1.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Monitor Backlog of setup and configuration items
• Provide day-to-day customer / user support to LHI MedNet user groups
• Provide On-Call MedNet support on designated weekends as needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School/GED
• 6+ months of experience working in a Systems / Business Analyst or similar role
• Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, notably Excel
• Experience understanding complex business processes that cross many functional and operational units
• Experience understanding complex concepts of software setup, configuration, and customization
• Experience with Structured Query Language, MS SQL Server, or other relational databases
