Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Talent Acquisition Senior Director.
Must be able to:
- Plan, develop, and direct recruitment processes and employment programs
- Work with management to understand current and future workforce needs
- Assess external labor market conditions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor's degree of human resources or its equivalent
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws
- Knowledge of and ability to use the organization's and industry's standards, procedures and policies relevant to human resources management
- Knowledge of and ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as a long-term people resource
- Knowledge of and ability to pre-select suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization
