Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Identify and recommend talent to dedicated recruiting team
- Navigate platform(s) to source the top potential candidates for hire
- Generate applicant flow from sourcing to Applicant Tracking System
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Has demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
- Has demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willingnessto learn and demonstrate a positive mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent degree
