Job Summary

A healthcare services provider has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Sourcing, reviewing, assessing and qualifying candidates against key competences, skills and experience for the job
  • Creating, designing and implementing sound recruiting plans and manage reporting of recruiting activities
  • Prioritizing and filling multiple requisitions at any one time

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 1 year of full life cycle recruiting
  • Associate's degree or higher in Business, Human Resources or other related discipline
  • Exceptional intuitive skills with regard to assessing talent and working with clients
  • Ability to build relationships, recruit candidates and make strong selection recommendations
  • Atrong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
