Job Summary
A healthcare services provider has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing, reviewing, assessing and qualifying candidates against key competences, skills and experience for the job
- Creating, designing and implementing sound recruiting plans and manage reporting of recruiting activities
- Prioritizing and filling multiple requisitions at any one time
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 1 year of full life cycle recruiting
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, Human Resources or other related discipline
- Exceptional intuitive skills with regard to assessing talent and working with clients
- Ability to build relationships, recruit candidates and make strong selection recommendations
- Atrong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
