A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Talent Intelligence Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create and implement long term talent engagement strategy
- Assess talent and recommend potential M&A targets
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior Business Leaders and senior HR Leaders on talent insights
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A proven track record of research/market intelligence
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Proficiency in MS-Office - MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word
- Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills, and sound business / commercial acumen
- Proficient in mining data and generating insights from various databases and third party sources
