A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Talent Intelligence Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create and implement long term talent engagement strategy
  • Assess talent and recommend potential M&A targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior Business Leaders and senior HR Leaders on talent insights

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A proven track record of research/market intelligence
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Proficiency in MS-Office - MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word
  • Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills, and sound business / commercial acumen
  • Proficient in mining data and generating insights from various databases and third party sources
