Job Summary

A healthcare consulting company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Technology Application Support Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating support with external vendors and software providers
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining software to support operational workflows
  • Developing policies, standards, and procedures related to end user technologies

Position Requirements Include:

  • Hands on experience supporting ERP, CRM, BPM and ITSM applications
  • Experience with monitoring/alerting tools and platforms
  • Understanding of technology/data controls and requirements related to SOX and HIPPA
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-3 years of experience or equivalent combination
  • Be able to work weekends/holidays/nights for on-call rotation
