Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Technology Client Engagement Senior Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with the business leadership to identify areas for up selling opportunities
  • Drive and deliver business reviews/client meetings on a regular basis
  • Proactively manage client requests for additional information

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Post COVID this position will require up to 25% overnight travel
  • 5+ years of client engagement experience
  • 4 year degree in Business or related field or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years healthcare practice mgt/patient access experience and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare practice management and overall revenue cycle and workflows in academic or health system settings
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills and also be able to build and sustain client relationships
