Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Technology Client Engagement Senior Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Work with the business leadership to identify areas for up selling opportunities
Drive and deliver business reviews/client meetings on a regular basis
Proactively manage client requests for additional information

Skills and Requirements Include:

Post COVID this position will require up to 25% overnight travel
5+ years of client engagement experience
4 year degree in Business or related field or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
8+ years healthcare practice mgt/patient access experience and demonstrated leadership skills
Solid knowledge of healthcare practice management and overall revenue cycle and workflows in academic or health system settings
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills and also be able to build and sustain client relationships
