Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Technology Client Experience Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading 5-8 account managers
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the strategic Payer/Health Plan customer(s) you are serving
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics and service level agreements

Required Skills:

  • Proven service delivery experience related to software and services
  • Strong history of individual and team development
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Project management / Six Sigma / PMP / LEAN certifications in continuous improvement methodology
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
