Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Technology Client Experience Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading 5-8 account managers
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the strategic Payer/Health Plan customer(s) you are serving
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics and service level agreements
Required Skills:
- Proven service delivery experience related to software and services
- Strong history of individual and team development
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Project management / Six Sigma / PMP / LEAN certifications in continuous improvement methodology
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
