Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Technology Customer Success Integration Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Understanding and interpreting unique clinical workflows to support our products
  • Continuously auditing and optimizing product integrations
  • Owning post-sales integration onboarding process

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years in a software implementation and/or client-facing equivalent experience in an analyst role
  • Experience in health IT, ideally working in an interoperability-related role at a health system, EHR/EMR or vendor
  • Expertise in SQL
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Experience collaborating with product/engineering to scope and define roadmap items
