Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Technology Customer Success Integration Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding and interpreting unique clinical workflows to support our products
- Continuously auditing and optimizing product integrations
- Owning post-sales integration onboarding process
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years in a software implementation and/or client-facing equivalent experience in an analyst role
- Experience in health IT, ideally working in an interoperability-related role at a health system, EHR/EMR or vendor
- Expertise in SQL
- Exceptional project management skills
- Experience collaborating with product/engineering to scope and define roadmap items
