Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Technology Help Desk Specialist in Raleigh.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tackling multiple tickets at the same time, addressing urgency as it may arise
- Addressing user questions about the product, and provide product education to users
- Supporting client users with questions and technical issues, over the phone and email
Qualifications for this position include:
