A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Technology Industry Client Service Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Provide internal and external status, operational metrics and service level reporting
- Manage issue resolution across functional areas
- Provide input into the strategic planning for assigned clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 2 years in Benefits or Health Savings Account Administration
- 2 - 5 years relevant account management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
