Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Technology Onboarding and Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshoot and thoroughly research technical issues
  • Provide training and onboarding support for new SaaS customers
  • Escalate bugs to internal teams appropriately

Position Requirements Include:

  • Effectively communicate SaaS product features & functionalities verbally and in writing
  • Experience supporting services and/or SaaS platforms within the healthcare space
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, ability to identify and escalate technical issues
  • Knowledgeable in current industry practices, trends, and technology
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
