Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Technology Onboarding and Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshoot and thoroughly research technical issues
- Provide training and onboarding support for new SaaS customers
- Escalate bugs to internal teams appropriately
Position Requirements Include:
- Effectively communicate SaaS product features & functionalities verbally and in writing
- Experience supporting services and/or SaaS platforms within the healthcare space
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, ability to identify and escalate technical issues
- Knowledgeable in current industry practices, trends, and technology
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
