Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Technology Operations and Delivery Model Design Senior Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving our engagement with business partners to analyze, design, implement, and update processes
• Managing design or redesign of processes or projects using six sigma/Agile/process improvement methodologies
• Integrating best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement

Qualifications for this position include:

• Experience leading on large-scale and complex people, process, and technology projects especially clinical and health service workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Very strong self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills
• Prior experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Insurance service workflows
• Excellent organizational skills
• Analytical, data-driven approach to decision making
