Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Technology Product Director.
Must be able to:
- Staff the product team, including the recruitment and management of Product Managers and Product Designers
- Ensure the success of direct reports with regular feedback, 1:1 meetings and coaching
- Communicate to the rest of the organization product direction and strategy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management and team management experience
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Established product leader with a strong foundation in human-centered design, business, and engineering
- A strong management track record with product management experience
