Job Summary

A healthcare management and technology solutions provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare Technology Service Delivery Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Assess client and stakeholder feedback and use creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
  • Document customer success stories, project innovations, and accomplishments
  • Provide Managers with input for performance assessments and opportunity areas

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated Service Delivery success
  • Experience with product/service continuous improvement
  • Exceptional client-facing and customer relationship management skills
  • Healthcare experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
