Job Summary
A healthcare management and technology solutions provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare Technology Service Delivery Lead.
Must be able to:
- Assess client and stakeholder feedback and use creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
- Document customer success stories, project innovations, and accomplishments
- Provide Managers with input for performance assessments and opportunity areas
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of demonstrated Service Delivery success
- Experience with product/service continuous improvement
- Exceptional client-facing and customer relationship management skills
- Healthcare experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
