Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Technology Service Desk Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for the healthcare caregivers
  • Providing support and resolution or escalation for basic end user issues
  • Conducting initial assessments

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma required
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a service desk environment
  • Epic certification or ability to obtain within specific time parameters
  • Experience or exposure to Epic electronic health records applications
  • Skilled in core Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
