A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Manager in Boston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize issues and drive to resolution
  • Ensuring SLAs/SLOs are met
  • Writing and maintaining playbooks for handling issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience with SQL (MySQL and Postgres)
  • 5+ years as a technical support engineer
  • 2+ years in a supervisory capacity
