Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Telesales Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing leadership and management for the telesales call center
- Driving consumer and member engagement
- Ensuring operational processes and practices are followed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- 6+ years’ related work experience or
- Equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
- 3+ years’ direct supervisory/management experience
- 3+ years’ call center sales experience
