A growing national boutique Healthcare and Life Sciences Law Firm is in need of a Remote Healthcare Transactional Attorney in Pine Brook.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working on transactions involving Medical Practices, Surgical Centers, Pharmacies
  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation (Employment Agreements, Management Agreements.)
  • Change of Ownership Filings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Licensed to Practice in NJ and in Good Standing
  • 5+ Years’ Experience in Practicing Law
  • Superior Research and Writing Skills
  • Familiarity with Healthcare Laws and Regulations
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Familiarity with Law Firm Culture
