Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Healthcare Triage Call Center Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and participate in staff training
  • Ensure performance guarantees are met or exceeded

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BA/BS in a mental health field or AA in Nursing with related psychiatric nursing experience
  • Minimum 5 years of behavioral healthcare experience and a minimum of 3 years of managed care experience
  • Active, unrestricted license in a mental health field such as an LCSW, MHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LBS
