Job Summary
A healthcare provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare UMR SIU Investigator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage investigations for assigned geographical regions
- Complete reviews of pended claims and correspondence received for ongoing investigations
- Review referrals for new investigation opportunities, determining the actions required to reduce fraud, waste and abuse
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ years of claims or customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Ability to create, edit, copy, send and save documents, correspondence and spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work within hours 7AM - 5PM in respective time zone where hire is located
