Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Vertical Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Attracting talent, assessing and developing sales team
  • Managing daily/weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals
  • Building and maintaining an accurate and robust sales forecast

Qualifications Include:

  • Have 8+ years of successful sales experience
  • Have 3+ years leading successful technology, HR resources, ITM or HCM sales teams to above-quota performance
  • Have a track record of exceeding company sales quotas
  • Are aggressive, hard-working, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated, and productive
  • Have strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
