Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Workforce Optimization Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Producing call center forecasts and schedules
- Maintaining call center management software
- Supporting standard reporting for the WFM and Operations teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ years data analysis
- 1+ years of Workforce Management in a contact center
- 6+ months experience with agent scheduling for inbound, outbound, and back-office
- 6+ months experience with generating and using intra-day forecasts as well as reporting forecast data
- 2-year degree in business or related field or related experience
