Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Workforce Optimization Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Producing call center forecasts and schedules
  • Maintaining call center management software
  • Supporting standard reporting for the WFM and Operations teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1+ years data analysis
  • 1+ years of Workforce Management in a contact center
  • 6+ months experience with agent scheduling for inbound, outbound, and back-office
  • 6+ months experience with generating and using intra-day forecasts as well as reporting forecast data
  • 2-year degree in business or related field or related experience
