Job Summary
A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Hearing Technology Outbound Agent in Greensboro.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, remote assistance, off-site remote visits
- Install and train Workplace Applications Software Suite
- Author and maintain all technical documents regarding the Workplace Applications Software Suite
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Overnight travel required
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum 2-year degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Accurate in typing and data entry skills
- Familiarity working with networks, LAN and WAN
