Job Summary
A retail health company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HEDIS Outreach Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Facilitate provider and member outreach
- Support effective medical record capture
- Identify potential resources and initiate collaboration with providers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years' recent and related health care marketing, outreach and/or health education experience
- Recent and related experience working with HEDIS criteria
- Experience working in call center environment
- Strong communication skills and experience speaking with medical providers
- Ability to work independently
