A developer of applicant tracking software is in need of a Remote Help Center Content Writer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining and growing our Help Center content library
- Adjusting existing content or writing new articles and FAQs about the changes
- Creating short videos to walk through a feature
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong knowledge about grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- A natural instinct to dig in and perform other research on your own as you learn all about the features in the software
- An innate understanding of organization, flow, and tone in writing
- Ability to rearrange, insert, and delete information without disrupting the flow
