Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Engineer- Flexi/As Needed Remote Help Desk Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Help Desk support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Log customer inquiries and issues into the CRM IT Service Management tool
  • Escalate priority issues and route tickets to appropriate teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM or ITSM tools
  • Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for help desk and IT issues management
