Job Summary
Providing first-level contact and problem resolution, the full-time Remote Help Desk Representative will assist users with software and hardware issues via phone and email, while maintaining proficiency in reservations and airport procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve software application and hardware problems for users through various communication channels
- Log and document all help requests accurately in the helpdesk ticket management system
- Support frontline agents by reinforcing training and preventing customer service failures
Required qualifications
- Excellent Amadeus PSS skills
- Background in station or reservations with knowledge of company procedures
- Understanding of airport functions and security protocols
- Proficient technology and computer skills
- Ability to learn and master new skills quickly
